Service Description

Here you can see the schedule and book to attend a class. All plans listed are connected to a payment plan which can be purchased here when booking a time slot. Already have a plan or paid another way select 'book session o' to list your attendance Come along and enjoy some well deserved down time. You can expect a gently guided flow opening with breathing techniques, Sun Salutations A&B, ending with a guided meditation. Classes vary but accessible for all levels, take the options that work for you on the day. Lokah Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu - May all beings everywhere be happy and free! :)
